Blade Technician
Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Description:
Process Band Saw Blades from steel coils to final product. After release, run the blade fabrication machine, cut to length, welding, grinding processes and process for shipment. Candidate will operate the band saw weld shop equipment and be cross trained to operate multiple machines in multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Use measurement gauges and testing to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
- Adjust machine parameters in order to keep products within the specification.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machines / testing equipment
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records (ie., date of production, problems, etc.)
Qualifications
- Ability to read measurements and follow SOP’s
- Must possess general math skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent

Delivery Driver (CDL is not required)
Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Description:
Load box truck and make deliveries to customers based on our scheduled daily routes. Candidate will use forklift to move product. If there is time left in the shift after deliveries are made then candidate will help in our warehouse (shipping / receiving, boxing band saw blades, cleaning, etc)
Responsibilities
- Make deliveries to our customers
- Load the truck in the afternoon, for the next day’s deliveries
- Any other tasks around the warehouse when not making deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- DOT Medical Card (we will help facilitate if you don’t have one already)
- Excellent driving record
- Must possess general math skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
